Quad VCA with adjustable response curve (exponential to linear), per-channel positive offset control, and daisy-chained outputs for mixing adjacent channels.601
Capabilities 5
- Attenuatorattenuator
- Quad VCA — each per-channel level knob attenuates its input when CV is unpatched (CV normalled to unity), so any channel is a manual attenuator.
- Cascading Mixercascading-mixer
- Each channel output, when unpatched, routes into the next channel's summing node; CH4 carries the four-channel sum.
- Mixermixer
- Outputs are daisy-chained; leaving an output unpatched routes its signal to the next channel's summing node, enabling 2/3/4-channel mixes.601
- Quad VCAquad-vca
- Four DC-coupled VCA channels with selectable response curve; the normalled outputs let it double as a four-channel mixer.601
- Voltage-Controlled Amplifiervca
- Four independent DC-coupled VCAs with exponential/linear response curve and positive offset control.601

| Inputs (8) | |||
| CH1 CV | cv | — | Gain CV input, normalized to +8V when unpatched.601 |
| CH1 IN | mixed | — | DC-coupled signal input; accepts audio or CV signals.601 |
| CH2 CV | cv | — | Gain CV input, normalized to +8V when unpatched.601 |
| CH2 IN | mixed | — | DC-coupled signal input; accepts audio or CV signals.601 |
| CH3 CV | cv | — | Gain CV input, normalized to +8V when unpatched.601 |
| CH3 IN | mixed | — | DC-coupled signal input; accepts audio or CV signals.601 |
| CH4 CV | cv | — | Gain CV input, normalized to +8V when unpatched.601 |
| CH4 IN | mixed | — | DC-coupled signal input; accepts audio or CV signals.601 |
| Outputs (4) | |||
| CH1 OUT | mixed | — | Signal output; when unpatched, routes this channel's signal to the next channel's summing node.601 |
| CH2 OUT | mixed | — | Signal output; when unpatched, routes this channel's signal to the next channel's summing node.601 |
| CH3 OUT | mixed | — | Signal output; when unpatched, routes this channel's signal to the next channel's summing node.601 |
| CH4 OUT | mixed | — | Signal output; when outputs 1, 2, and 3 are all unpatched, contains the sum of all four channels.601 |
Parameters 12
| Name | Type | Range | Behavior |
|---|---|---|---|
| CH1 Gain CV Amount | fader | — | Sets gain/CV modulation depth. At maximum, a +5V CV yields unity gain (0dB). Acts as direct gain control when CV input is unpatched (normalized to +8V). CV above +5V may cause distortion.601 |
| CH1 Offset | menu_setting | 0V – 8V | Adds a positive offset voltage (0–8V) to the gain CV, useful for obtaining unipolar modulation from a bipolar LFO.601 |
| CH1 Response Curve | menu_setting | — | Continuously variable between exponential and linear response. Exponential mode can achieve very high gains (above 100) when combined with a large positive offset.601 |
| CH2 Gain CV Amount | fader | — | Sets gain/CV modulation depth. At maximum, a +5V CV yields unity gain (0dB). Acts as direct gain control when CV input is unpatched.601 |
| CH2 Offset | menu_setting | 0V – 8V | Adds a positive offset voltage (0–8V) to the gain CV.601 |
| CH2 Response Curve | menu_setting | — | Continuously variable between exponential and linear response. Exponential mode can achieve very high gains (above 100) when combined with a large positive offset.601 |
