Sequential tracking/sampling register: an analogue 1-to-8 signal switch feeding eight high-stability track/sample-and-hold stages, each with its own attenuation slider, analogue output, and gate output. Can be configured as a sequencer, sequential switch, counter, analogue shift register, or addressed voltage source.657

Pause InputgateWhile high, step triggers no longer advance the register. In sample mode, the selected stage output is still updated, allowing independent stepping and sampling.657
Reset InputtriggerRising edge returns the register to the stage determined by the Stage Input voltage. In shift mode, all data shifts to align with the newly selected stage. In sample mode, automatically triggers a new sample unless a cable is plugged into the step input.657
Reverse InputgateWhile high, causes the step direction to reverse from right-to-left rather than left-to-right.657
Signal InputmixedThe main analogue signal input routed to the 1-to-8 switch. In cycle mode it is switched to each stage in turn; in shift mode it is always passed to the leftmost stage. Suitable for audio and CV.657
Stage InputcvAnalogue CV input to directly address the register to a specific stage. Also determines the reset stage when the reset input receives a trigger.657
Step Inputtrigger≥2VRising edge advances the register by one step. In sample mode also causes a sample to be taken. By plugging a cable in, the automatic sampling on reset is overridden.657
